NOTICE OF ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 9th of July 2025, the Board of Commissioners of the Jericho Water District duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Town Law Article 7:
RESOLUTION to reconfigure funding approved in the District’s 2024 Bond Authorization to fund Well 18, 19 & 29 PFAS Treatment Facilities to add an AOP Treatment Facility and PTAS Treatment Facility at Wells 18 & 19 and transfer funding in the amount of $19,725,000.
