Online Bill Pay – Easy, Fast, Secure
We offer our consumers the ability to pay their water bills online 24/7. There is a 2.95% service fee for credit/debit card transactions and a $1.95 fee for ACH/e-check transactions. New York State law mandates that Jericho Water District receive no portion of the service fee. The fee is retained by the payment processing vendor that enables the transaction. The fee schedule is in accordance with the credit card companies and transaction clearinghouse established rates.

All major credit cards and debit cards, ACH and e-check payments are accepted. Online payments take at least one (1) day to process to your account.
Pay Through Your Bank’s Bill Pay Service
You also have the option to pay through your own bank’s online bill pay system. When setting up the District as a payee, follow these tips:
- Include all account number digits (XXXXXXXX-X)
- Do not include pin number
- If you have multiple accounts, set up a separate payees
Pay In Person
For added convenience, Jericho Water District now accepts credit cards, debit cards, checks and cash for in-person payments at our District Office. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
A 2.95% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions. Processing fees are assessed from the company processing the credit/debit card payments. The Jericho Water District does not charge the processing fee. Please allow at least one (1) business day for credit and debit card payments to be processed and applied to your account.

Customers may mail a check (including their account number in the memo portion) or money order, along with the payment stub to:
