NOTICE OF ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 5th day of November 2025, the Board of Commissioners of the Jericho Water District duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Town Law Article 7:
RESOLUTION authorizing the Treasurer to appropriate funds from the Capital Improvement Reserve Fund for the purpose of funding the replacement of Trane HVAC Fan Coil Units in the administration building located at District Headquarters in the amount of $87,000.00.
