NOTICE OF ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of February 2026, the Board of Commissioners of the Jericho Water District duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Town Law Article 7:
RESOLUTION authorizing the Treasurer to appropriate funds from the Capital Improvement Reserve Fund for the purpose of funding the purchase of an International Truck with Knapheide Body pursuant to General Municipal Law §103 in the amount of $250,000.00.
