NOTICE OF ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 1st of April 2026, the Board of Commissioners of the Jericho Water District duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows:
RESOLUTION to reallocate funding approved in the District’s 2019 Bond Authorization to partially fund the Service Connection Replacement Project and transfer funding in the amount of $1,826,335.80.
