NOTICE OF ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 1st of April 2026, the Board of Commissioners of the Jericho Water District duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows:
RESOLUTION to reconfigure funding approved in the District’s 2024 Bond Authorization to fund Well 23 PFAS Treatment to add an AOP Treatment Facility and transfer funding in the amount of $10,007,000.00.
