NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held at District Headquarters located at 125 Convent Road, Syosset, Long Island, New York, on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 9:00 am for the purpose of addressing the New York State Department of Health August 25, 2023 Exemption from the Maximum Contaminants Levels for 1,4-dioxane.
