NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the fiscal affairs of the Jericho Water District for the period beginning on January 1, 2021, and ending on December 31, 2021, have been examined by Cullen & Danowski, LLP, Certified Public Accountants, and that the annual Auditor’s Report and Audited Financial Statements prepared in conjunction with external audit have been filed in the District’s office where they are available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons. Pursuant to section thirty-five of the General Municipal Law, the Board of Commissioners of the Jericho Water District may in its discretion prepare a written response to the report of external audit or management letter and file any such response in the District Office as a public record for inspection by all interested person not later than September 2, 2022.
