To be in compliance with section 215, subdivision 12 of the Town Law of the State of New York, it is mandatory that the District provide a listing of all unpaid water charges as of May 31st each year to the Town Board of the Town of Oyster Bay for collection on the tax roll.
Delinquent notices were mailed in late July. In order to avoid having your past due balance and penalties reported to the Town Board and a lien placed on your property, the District must receive payment in full on or before August 28th, 2020. Please send your payment along with the payment stub provided at the bottom of the notice or you can pay online by clicking here.
