NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of August 2023, the Board of Commissioners of the Jericho Water District duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Town Law Article 7:

 

RESOLUTION authorizing the Treasurer to appropriate funds from the Capital Improvement Reserve Fund for the purpose of funding construction costs for Architectural Improvements at 125 Convent Road Facility/District Headquarters, in the amount of $1,534,000.00.
