NOTICE OF ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 17h day of May 2023, the Board of Commissioners of the Jericho Water District duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Town Law Article 7:
RESOLUTION authorizing the Treasurer to appropriate funds from the Capital Improvement Reserve Fund for the purpose of funding engineering services to prepare applications for grant funding, (NYS WIIA Grants and DWSRF-BIL Grants), and engineering reports for treatment of emerging contaminants at multiple facilities throughout the district the amount of $131,000.00.
