NOTICE OF ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 16th of November 2022, the Board of Commissioners of the Jericho Water District duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows:
RESOLUTION to reallocate funding approved in the District’s 2022 Bond Authorization to fund additional estimated construction costs for a new well located on Southwoods Road and decrease the funding for Well No. 20 & 21 AOP System in the amount of $3,283,000.00
