NOTICE OF ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of April 2019, the Board of Commissioners of the Jericho Water District duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Town Law Article 7:
RESOLUTION authorizing the Treasurer to appropriate funds from the Capital Improvement Reserve Fund for the purpose of providing additional funding for the Installation of Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Units at Well No. 4 and Well No. 18, together with requisite engineering, administrative, legal and contingency amounts associated therewith, pursuant to public bid(s) secured under General Municipal Law §103 in the additional amount of $300,000.00 with the total cost of the capital project equaling $875,000.00
