NOTICE OF ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of July 2020, the Board of Commissioners of the Jericho Water District duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Town Law Article 7:
RESOLUTION authorizing the Treasurer to transfer funds within the Capital Improvement Reserve Fund for the purpose of providing additional funding for Water Main Improvements on Mc Couns Lane in the amount of $162,000.00, pursuant to a public bid secured under General Municipal Law §103.
