NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of January 2021, the Board of Commissioners of the Jericho Water District duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Town Law Article 7:
RESOLUTION authorizing the Treasurer to appropriate funds from the Capital Improvement Reserve Fund for the purpose of funding the Purchase of a 2021 John Deere Skid Steer Loader and a 2021 Felling Trailer, pursuant to General Municipal Law §103 in the estimated cost of $86,300.00.
