NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 3rd of February 2021, the Board of Commissioners of the Jericho Water District duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Town Law Article 7:
RESOLUTION authorizing the Treasurer to appropriate funds from the Capital Improvement Reserve Fund for the purpose of funding the Purchase of a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 4WD Reg Cab Work Truck with a Dejana Rugby 11” Eliminator Dump Body, pursuant to General Municipal Law §103 in the estimated cost of $66,424.00.
