NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 6th of October 2021, the Board of Commissioners of the Jericho Water District duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows:
RESOLUTION to reallocate funding approved in the District’s 2019 Bond Authorization to fund additional estimated construction costs for an AOP Treatment Facility at Kirby Lane and decrease the funding for New 3MG Tank and Booster Station in the amount of $4,887,000.00
