Public Notice: Public Hearing on the Proposed Revenues and Expenses for 2021

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Town Law §215-9(a), a public hearing will be held via phone-conferencing platform pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.1, on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at 09:00 am for the purpose of conducting a hearing on the proposed revenues and expenditures of the District for the 2021 fiscal year. Tentative proposed revenues and expenditures will be made available to the public on the District’s website prior to the hearing date. A Board of Commissioners meeting will also be held wherein the District will conduct such regular and other business which is properly brought before the Board of Commissioners.

Members of the public may listen to the meeting live by calling into the conference call. To obtain call in instructions, please call the District office at (516) 921-8280 after 12:00PM on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2020. The meeting will be recorded and later transcribed.
